Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information. By accessing coaching services with Sarah Gold Wellness (the Coach), you (the Client) agree to the collection, use, transfer, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the terms and for the purposes set out in this policy, as may be amended from time to time.

Types of Data Collected

 

While using coaching services, the Client may be asked to provide certain personal information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personal information may include but is not limited to:

  • Email address

  • First and last name

  • Phone number

  • Address, State Province, ZIP/Postal code, City

Use of Personal Data

 

The Coach may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To contact you by email, telephone, SMS or other equivalent forms of electronic communication related to the agreed upon coaching services.

  • To provide you with news, special offers and general information about the services and events which are offered or to those that you have already purchased unless you have opted not to receive such information.

Retention of Personal Data

 

The Coach will retain the Client’s personal data in a secure and confidential manner only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. Documents, information and data acquired or shared during the term of the Coach-Client relationship will be maintained in both written and electronic forms. Such records may be retained for a period of up to three (3) years after the termination of the coaching agreement or subsequent agreements. The Client has the right to request that personal data is removed at any time upon termination of the coaching agreement.  

Disclosure of Personal Data

 

The relationship with the Coach, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent. The Coach will not disclose the Client’s name as a reference without the Client’s consent. The Client understand that the use of technology is not always secure and accepts the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Zoom and other technologies.


Confidential Information does not include information that is required by statute, lawfully issued subpoena, or by court order to disclose, is disclosed to the Coach and as a result the Coach reasonably believes there to be an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to the Client or others, and/or involves illegal activity. The Client also acknowledges their continuing obligation to raise any confidentiality question or concerns with the Coach in a timely manner.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

 

Updates may be made to this Privacy policy from time to time. All Clients with an active agreement will be notified via email prior to the change becoming effective and the “last updated” date at the bottom of this page will be adjusted. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
